Canning day at the cidery

There’s something incredibly satisfying about canning day—when weeks of fermentation, tasting, and fine-tuning finally come together in one fast-paced, high-energy moment.

Today, we can our Cranberry and Maple ciders right here at the Sandy Neck Cider facility in South Dennis. With help from our mobile canning partner IronHeart, we set up right on site, and watch as those beautiful cans roll off the line—filled, sealed, and stacked, one by one.

Canning days are loud, a little hectic, and totally rewarding. It’s where cider meets reality. And if you’re wondering—yes, we did crack one open right off the line. Quality control, of course.
